God is raising up men and women willing to walk alongside those seeking real change behind bars. As a mentor, you’ll provide spiritual encouragement, discipleship, and the steady presence of Christ’s love.

Your Role Can Change a Life Forever

Inmates are often surrounded by hopelessness. Many have never experienced a healthy, Christ-centered relationship. Mentorship bridges that gap—offering accountability, hope, and a path toward lasting transformation in Christ.

You’re Not Alone in This Mission

We equip all mentors with:
  • Training in discipleship and prison ministry.
  • Resources for Bible study and teaching.
  • Ongoing support and check-ins from the Radical Recovery Ministries team.
  • You will use our secure PO Box for all mail correspondence.

What Does Mentorship Look Like?

  • Commitment to regular communication (letters, visits, or calls where permitted).
  • A heart to share the Gospel and disciple through Scripture.
  • Mentorship is gender specific(men writing to men, women writing to women.​
  • Willingness to walk with participants beyond release as they transition back into the community.
